Full Body Strength and Conditioning
A 4 week series of full body strength workouts aimed to maximize strength improvement, body composition, and athletic performance. Learn how to build proprioception (the mind-muscle connection), proper body mechanics, form and technique, increase mobility and range of motion, and utilize progressive overload through each 4 week progression. Suitable for all fitness levels. Ideal for anyone wanting to gain strength, improve balance and posture, and change their physique.
Full Body Blast
A full body strength and cardio workout utilizing strength training, conditioning, high intensity interval training, and core with kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, agility ladders, battle ropes, and so much more! An exciting environment to work on overall body composition and build camaraderie with a fun team training atmosphere. Each day will be a different workout that will challenge you and make you sweat!
This is an amazing tool to track body composition changes. The INBody machine quickly measures fat mass, muscle mass, and body water levels using Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis (BIA). If you're working towards any fitness goal I highly recommend tracking progress through this scan as you can accurately see exactly how much fat mass you lose, lean muscle mass you gain, and change in body fat percentage.
